Richard is our Company Director who runs the RHM ship. He has more than 25 years’ experience in working with businesses and creating and leading Marketing and Sales teams in small businesses and large corporates in NZ and overseas.
Working with the RHM team, Richard provides the strategic direction around the services that RHM offers its clients.
Outside work, Richards enjoys camping with friends and family, playing music, cooking, gardening, watching the mighty Manchester City and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Hej is our Senior Designer, Office Music Director (he sits next to the stereo) and all-around nice guy. Like Richard, he is an owner in the business. He has a degree in Fine Arts in Advertising and has done the hard yards, racking up more than 20 years at big agencies in Manila and Dubai working for big brands like Nestlé, McDonalds, Unilever and Caltex.
Hej is driven by design and it’s fair to say it’s in his blood.
Originally from Manila in the Philippines, Hej lives with his wife and daughter. For Hej, after work, it’s family time. “I love just hanging out and relaxing at home.”
